Every Therapillow comes with a 100-night risk-free sleep trial backed by a 100-day money-back guarantee.

How it works: sleep on your Therapillow for at least 2 weeks (your body needs time to adjust after years on the wrong pillow). If it's not for you any time within 100 nights of delivery, email support@therapillow.com and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method once the return is confirmed.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Return shipping is on us for faulty or incorrect items.

Hygiene: for health reasons we can't resell returned sleep products — trial returns are recycled or donated where possible, so there's usually no need to ship a used pillow back unless we ask.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 14 days with a photo for a free replacement or full refund — no return required.
