Free shipping on every order

We offer free, tracked shipping on all Therapillow orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing: orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery (after dispatch): Australia 3–7, New Zealand 4–8, United Kingdom 6–10, United States 5–10, Canada 7–12 business days. Times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, customs and peak periods.

Lost or damaged in transit: contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
